Samsung is looking for partners that align with our mobility solution provider strategy which include several characteristics described below.

  • End-Customer Alignment
    • A partner that focuses on B2B, with expertise aligned to Samsung’s priority industries for mobile (Healthcare, Retail, Transportation and Logistics, Finance, Federal Government and SLED).
  • Product Alignment
    • A partner that has a mobility practice or focus, and currently sells relevant mobility solutions (tablets, unlocked phones, wearables, Knox, Samsung Business Services, accessories).
  • Service Offerings
    • A partner that emphasizes value-add services as part of their business model and has the capabilities and staff to deliver mobility services to its customers.
  • Sales Capabilities
    • A partner that has sales resources that are capable of covering a geographic footprint that represents a significant opportunity for mobile solutions.
  • Marketing Capabilities
    • A partner that has dedicated marketing employees and is capable of generating and nurturing its own demand through strong digital/ social marketing.
  • Partner Performance
    • A partner that has the size, complementary partnerships, and willingness to partner to potentially to become a “premier” mobility solution provider for Samsung.

We're offering lucrative benefits for partners that enroll in the Mobility Solution Provider Program

  • Channel Support
    • Aligned sales coverage from Samsung’s Mobile Channel Sales Team and access to Mobile Channel Marketing Team for marketing planning and execution.
  • Marketing
    • Access to our Partner Marketing Hub automation tool that can be used to syndicate Samsung product web pages, deploy email or social campaigns, and generate co-branded marketing collateral.
  • Branding
    • Partners receive a Mobile Solution Provider mark (earned through certification) for use on websites, sales documents, advertising materials, and signage. Partners will also be listed on our "Where to buy” page on www.samsung.com/business.
  • Training
    • Partners will have access to various training materials including a Mobility Solutions Sales Specialist Certification Program that is now available on the Samsung Business Academy online training portal.
  • Sales
    • Partners will also have access to various sales support including project registration, SPIFs, trade up program, playbooks and sales enablement tools.
  • Exclusive Benefits
    • Samsung may also provide priority consideration for opportunities as follows: BANT-qualified leads, volume incentive rebates, marketing funds exclusive to Mobility Solution Providers, special events and training, and demo equipment.

What is expected?

Requirements

Samsung offers lucrative benefits for partners that enroll in the Mobility Solution Provider Program, and in return, has milestones centered on competency requirements, revenue requirements, and reporting requirements.

  • Competency
    • Complete Mobility Certification training (approximately 8 hours online) in the Samsung Business Academy with a minimum of two sales employees and one technical employee. For partners with 20 employees or more, additional sales and technical employees will need to complete the certification. Samsung MSPP partner employees must maintain the Samsung Mobility Certification by completing all training updates issued by Samsung.
  • Revenue
    • Achieve Samsung Mobile first year revenue targets ramping from $25K in the first quarter to $325K at the end of the first year.
  • Other Requirements
    • Agree to the terms and conditions contained within the Mobility Solution Provider Reseller Agreement. Participate in business planning and Quarterly Business Review with Samsung Mobile Channels Sales and Marketing teams. Report on Return on Investment (“ROI”) for all marketing development fund dollars provided by Samsung. Report on lead status for all leads provided by Samsung.
